When are assessments due and how should I pay?

The HOA dues are $150 per year. They can be paid from January 1st - March 31st. Please make checks or money order out to:

Who should I contact if I want a shed, fence, or pool?

We have a form you need to fill out. Please fill it out and send it back to us via email. We then attach the Garrett City Planner, and he/she will take it from there. The Architectural Form can be downloaded here:
